The HRC-KT640P handheld infrared thermal imager is designed specifically for outdoor operations. It is primarily used for applications requiring mobile inspection and real-time video evidence collection—such as analyzing temperature anomalies in substations, monitoring transmission line temperatures, and inspecting electric motors. While delivering high-quality night vision performance, the device emphasizes continuous operational capability in outdoor environments, as well as robust image storage and transmission functions; its compact size ensures the effective capture of the images and data required for inspections.

Automatic file naming
When operating the thermal imager, the thermal imaging files can be automatically named according to the device name specifications based on the selected device name. In particular, the files include device information keywords, which facilitates batch processing, conforms to the format requirements of management systems such as PMS, eliminates the need for manual organization, and facilitates efficient management.
Intelligent Diagnosis
The thermal imager's screen displays the real-time results of the intelligent diagnosis. The diagnostic rules can be pre-determined based on power guidelines or strictly configured according to the user's requirements, ensuring the accuracy of the diagnosis. The results are intuitive and easy to understand, preventing potential equipment hazards from being overlooked due to human factors.
