  • Product Introduction:

    The substation intelligent inspection robot integrates core technologies such as uncooled focal plane array detectors, trackless laser navigation and positioning, infrared temperature measurement, intelligent meter reading, and image recognition. It performs all-weather inspections, data acquisition, video monitoring, temperature and humidity measurement, and air pressure monitoring of power transmission and transformation equipment, improving the safe operation of equipment within substations and reducing personnel safety risks.

    System advantages:

    1) Navigation and positioning system, trackless operation

    2) Instrument readings

    3) Remote control system

    4) Temperature measurement function

    5) Intelligent analysis software system

    6) Intelligent identification, accurate positioning, and precise analysis

    7) Intelligent charging. It can automatically travel to the charging station for charging.

    System Functions:

    1) Inspection Functions

    The system supports both fully autonomous and remote-controlled inspection modes.

    a. Fully autonomous mode includes routine inspection and special inspection. In routine mode, the system autonomously initiates and completes inspection tasks based on pre-set parameters such as inspection content, time, frequency, and routes. In special inspection mode, operators select the inspection content and manually initiate the process, after which the robot autonomously completes the task.

    b. In remote-controlled inspection mode, operators manually control the robot via software on the local monitoring console to perform inspection work.

    2) Detection Functions

    The robot can be equipped with detection devices such as visible-light cameras, infrared thermal imagers, and sound acquisition units, capable of uploading captured video and audio to the local monitoring console. Visible-light cameras, infrared thermal imagers, and sound acquisition units come as standard, with flexible options for additional equipment such as ultrasonic and partial discharge detectors.

    3) System Interconnection Functions

    Provides interfaces with substation integrated automation systems, production management systems, fire protection systems, security systems, video surveillance systems, etc.

    Coordinates with the on-site monitoring system to display real-time imagery of equipment during operations;

    Works in conjunction with sequential control systems, using automatic image recognition to determine the open/closed status of circuit breakers, disconnectors, and grounding switches;

    Links with fire and security systems to rapidly proceed to the alarm location when an alert is triggered.

    4) Information Exchange and Communication Network Functions

    Facilitates bidirectional information exchange between the robot and the local monitoring console, as well as between the local monitoring console and the remote centralized control center; exchanged information includes monitoring data and robot status data.

    5) Alarm Functions

    Features alarm capabilities based on the analysis of equipment detection data. When an alarm occurs, the local monitoring console immediately issues an alert accompanied by audible and visual signals; alarms can be manually acknowledged or reset, and signals can be transmitted remotely.
